How to Pay an Order / Donation with Cryptocurrency

Step 1: Enter Your Email

Right after clicking the donate button and redirecting from the site, you will see the payment checkout window. You need to enter your valid e-mail address and click “Next step”.

Pay attention: If you enter the email address incorrectly, it will be difficult to contact you or verify your payment in case of any issues with the blockchain transaction.

Step 2: Payment Details & QR Code

On this screen, you can see the exact payment amount and the unique crypto wallet address where the funds should be sent. If you use a crypto wallet app on your mobile phone (Trust Wallet, Binance, MetaMask, Phantom, Exodus, etc.), you can simply scan the QR code directly inside your wallet application.

Step 3: Sending Funds

Copy the wallet address and exact amount from the previous screen and check its correctness. Send the transfer from your crypto wallet or exchange.

Important: After sending the funds onto the blockchain, the transaction cannot be cancelled. Make sure to account for network withdrawal fees so the destination receives the full exact amount.

Step 4: Pending Confirmation

As soon as your transaction is broadcasted and detected on the Blockchain network, the status on your screen will automatically update to “Pending / Processing”.

After that, the network will wait for 1 to 3 blockchain confirmations (more or less confirmations may be required depending on the chosen cryptocurrency, such as BTC, ETH, or USDT). The confirmation speed depends on general blockchain network load.

Step 5: Congratulations! Payment Completed

That's it! You can get back to the site and complete your purchase or access your tools. An official invoice and confirmation receipt about the operation will be sent to your e-mail address right away!

What If You Get an Error Message?

Occasionally, unexpected blockchain delays or amount differences can occur. Here is how to handle them quickly:

Error: Timeout

This could happen in two common cases:

You did not send the funds in time and the invoice payment timer expired.
You sent an insufficient amount (e.g., crypto exchange subtracted transfer fees).

What happens next?
We will inform you about any insufficient amount by email. You have time before the invoice expires to pay the missing amount. If the invoice expires, you will receive an email notification.

What to do: Contact the seller/support and provide the details of your order found in your email. We will resolve it immediately!

Error: Overpayment

It also happens that you sent more than the exact requested amount.

Status: The purchase/donation is considered successfully paid. However, you are entitled to get back the rest of the excess amount.

What to do: Contact the seller/support team and provide the details of your order from the confirmation email. We know exactly what to do and will refund the excess amount!
